Yesterday a dedicated group of river guardians gathered for the monthly river cleanup know as Trashy Tuesday. The volunteers spend the day paddling and rowing along the river through the city limits of Eugene. There is garbage strewn about along the shorelines and some floating alongside. More of it that you are imagining in your mind as you read this. A big thanks to the crew who participate in this sad but necessary tradition!!!!
