Stand Up Paddleboarding YOGA ~Tuesday evenings

We will be offering SUP Yoga on select Tuesdays in 2017.  This is the latest evolution of the fitness world.  Merging two routines into one session, you will walk away feeling stretched and satisfied!  SUP Yoga specific certified guide, Jess Donohue of yosupbro.com, will ease you through this one of a kind experience. This is open to all levels.

SUP Yoga at the pond

6:00 to 6:15  Introduction, Outfitting, and Instruction

6:15 to 7:45  Hit the water for a short warm up paddle.  Then practice some yoga while afloat.

7:45 to 8:00 Paddle back and reflect on a great day.

Where to meet? – On Tuesdays we meet at the “Canoe Launch” in the small gravel parking lot.  This is at 1000 Leo Harris Parkway according to Google Maps.  Directly opposite the South entrance to Autzen stadium.
